Making the gift
How much do I have to write?
Just a few lines is fine. A name, the occasion, and how you always fight over the TV remote will do. The more specific the details, the more personal the gift.
Do I need an account?
Not at all. Start creating right away before the thought escapes you. You only sign in when you want to save and pay for the gift.
What language can the gift be in?
Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, and English. You simply switch the language right as you create it.

Payment and delivery
When do I pay?
Only when the story is done and you see the summary. We roll up our sleeves and get to work right after payment.
How can I pay?
By card, the classic way. The well-known Stripe gateway keeps everything secure.
Will I get an invoice?
Of course. It will ping in your inbox right after you pay.
How long until the gift sees the light of day?
It depends on what exactly you are plotting. You see the delivery time in black and white before you pay. Then you just watch the gift come together step by step.
How do I hand the gift over in secret?
Send a link in a message, or print a mysterious QR code on a card. No wrestling with wrapping paper required.
What if I do not like the result?
It happens. Write to us. We look at it and make the gift again.

Privacy
Who sees my photos?
Just us and our servers. Uploaded photos are stored privately, we use them only to make your gift, and we never publish them.
Who exactly can see the gift page?
Only the person getting your link. The page is well hidden and stays out of search engines. To be extra safe, you can add a PIN and an expiry date.
Can I delete my data?
Sure. Write to us and we delete your data and the finished gifts. Only a nice memory remains.
Will my photos or voice end up in an ad?
Not a chance. You explicitly agree to each use of photos and voice beforehand, entirely separately. No fine print tricks.
Whose day are you making?
Type a name and off we go. Your browser remembers everything, even while you rescue the pancakes.
